State Required
Testing
Ace Elevator LLC can complete the tests that are required by governmental agencies or insurance companies on virtually all types of elevator equipment. All elevators are inspected and tested before being placed in service for the first time, but commercial elevators must be inspected and tested routinely after that. The frequencies for inspecting and testing are determined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Generally, elevators supported by cables require a full load safety test to be completed once every 5 years, however, hydraulic elevators require pressure relief testing annually in New Jersey and only once every three years in Pennsylvania. Other inspections are completed at different intervals without the need for an elevator company to be present.
We can provide State Required Testing on your residential or commercial elevator.
